Hay guys, just a quick journal update to let you all know im doing well and im happy.
I got a new job which i just totally adore, im drawing a little more often (but still not often enough) and the family is fine

Im still not really ready to come back to DA. I come see ur work from time to time but theres just so much going on and so many things to comment on that its all too overwhelming for me. I like to be able to come in, check out some work.. leave. Its nice to be free ^_^

Ill be uploading some more stuff soonish. Till then take care of urselves and be good!

See I told ya id be back with an update
I have been SO busy, like you wouldnt believe.. its good and bad, mostly good. I dont get much time for my own projects which sorta sucks but in a way thats also a good thing. Im not spending hours and hours on a painting because i know I only have a limited time to work on it. SO when I do start something, im usually finished within that day. Its a good feeling

I have been really creative lately actually, its been great cause ive had a few days to myself what with the christmas and new year break! Ive even picked up a new hobby... electronics!! Yes i know, just when u think I couldnt get any nerdier.. i break the barrier! haha! But really, its so much fun! I have made a transistor radio (that doesnt work ) an LED Level display (measures sound and pitch through an amp) and an Electronic Dice! so far.. only the dice works, but only cause i dont have anything to test my level display with, so for my sake.. im just telling people it works ^_^

Ive been thinking about this for a while, and I have decided to leave DA.. for now anyways. I will be updating from time to time, and I will be watching your work aswel, but probably not commenting as much as I used to.

I sorta realized that I haddent updated updated my website in like.. a year! And yet, my deviant art account is updated almost weekly!

I want to pull away from DA, so I have taken away the comments system from 99% of my artworks. I left it on some of the really old ones cause i couldnt be bothered going through all my work and disabling it.. it takes ages!

So yeah, So long guys! Ill keep in touch, specially my close friends!

Till then, The Nomadic Bard will up updated as regulary as I create artwork.. so check there if you would like to keep up with my work and what im doing!

SarahMoule, its sorta.. my name Well it used to be, im now Sarah Dixon, but I dont wana make a new account because while Im glad I changed my name, Im still a moule and I always will be. ALSO, i aint gona lie, I finally for 10,000 page views and im not going to throw that away

2) Why did you join this site?
I joined DA because some asshole stole one of my friends artwork and claimed it as their own, so to flame them, I had to create an account True story ^_^
Then months later, Kat told me I should join and I tried to get my "sarahmoule" as my user name and it said it was taken.. so I tried my generic password and it worked! I remembered the flaming insodent and yeah.. I havent left! ^_^

3) What fandom were you obsessed with when you joined?
Fantasy Art - and I still am
I also like retro stuff, and very simple and classic style portraiture.

4) Were any of the fandoms you have currently brought about by this site?
Nah I was into fantasy art long before DA. I was an elfwood whore for ages

KC.. Forever my Killer Cat - This was a portrait I did of my beloved KC (killercat) who I still cry over on lonley nights. I miss her dearly and she will never ever be replaced.

11) Best COMPLETED piece you ever did?
Yeaaaah i hate to say it, but that would be ::She is Unicorn:: tho im getting pretty sick of it now
I really did work my heart out on that piece, and I learned alot.. but it seems that like the most popular thing ive done on my gallery, and while its good, im not a one trick pony.

12) Work that took the longest?
looking back, it would probably be The Heart of a Princess... Traditional work takes me ages because I dont have my beloved "undo" button

13) DA artist who has influenced you the most?
- If it wasnt for Kat, I wouldnt have pushed myself in Digi art the way I have and I would have given up on art all together. She has the balls to tell me if something isnt right.. and she praises me when she knows ive really pushed myself.
- this is the standard I want to reach one day.

14) What is currently the funnest thing to draw?
Funniest thing huh? hmmm... probably big boobies. My husband ofcourse loves it

Easiest thing to draw?
I dont really find anything easy to draw, because i dont draw anything the same every time. I think im gettin better at drawing nice shaply lips tho ^_^

It was to Kat and it was a piece i worked pretty hard on too, a picture of Myriddian as a teenager. I never finished it tho because back then.. digital painting took me WAY too long and give me headaches

Id say im unchanged. I still love art, but like, i dont class myself as an artist.

Steve Irwin, my hero
I just heard the news, my long time hero Steve Irwin passes away this morning, he was killed by a stingray.
Man, i seriously started crying when my husband told me the news.
He was a wonderful man, with the kindest heart Ive ever known a person to have. He did SO much for the Australian wildlife and its scarey to think what is going to happen to the crocs and other dangerous animals now that he isnt here to give them a voice and make people see them in a different light.
He loved his children and his wife and I really hope those kids of his grow up just like their father.
RIP Steve. You will always be remembered.

Ok, so i finally talked my friend John into having a haloween party for his 21st, which is on the 31st of octover! Conviniant.. I THINK SO!

I have ummed and arreeeed over my costume for 2 days now, its been driving me mental! Seriously, if u search for costumes, all u get is skanky dresses and slutty disney princess outfits!! And yeaaah, that aint my thing

So, i finally chose who im going to go as...
CASCA from the anime Berserk!

WOOOO! Her costume is gona be soooo hard to make, but I have the right hair for it now, and honastly, i cant think of anyone else to be! I dont like cutsie princesses, or fairys, or angels.. warrior princesses never look as awsome as they should, and the only other idea I had was dressing up as my WoW character, which would be alot harder then dressin up like Casca.
